Current Availability:

Thank you for your interest in working with me. I'm pleased to announce that the next available slots for 1:1 Coaching will open up in November. Please note that Corporate Coaching is currently sold out. However, there are opportunities to engage with me through Community of Practice Workshops, Corporate Talks, or Book Clubs. If any of these options align with your needs, I would be delighted to explore the possibilities with you.

Things I'm currently doing:

  • STRONG Product Communities: Six months since launching STRONG Product Communities with Melissa Suzuno, I’ve been thrilled to see it become a go-to guide for fostering vibrant Product Communities of Practice (CoPs). If you’re looking to build or enhance a CoP, discover the book here on Amazon. Alongside, I'm wrapping up consulting projects that bring the book's concepts to life, guiding organizations in creating their own CoPs. Interested in shaping a community within your organization? Learn more about how we can collaborate here.

  • Product at Heart: I’m spending a fair share of my time wearing my conference organizer hat right now. We had a few busy weeks finalizing our speaker lineup, finding sponsors, and holding production kick-off meetings. And we are not done yet—the work continues and it’s very rewarding to see it all coming together again. If you want to join us in September get your conference, leadership forum or workshop tickets here.

  • I'm continuing to raise awareness about STRONG product people. There are many who are yet to discover it, and my goal is to ensure they know there's a book dedicated to product leadership and people development, ready to help when required. The book is available on several Amazon marketplaces (US/InternationalDEUKITESFRJPCA) as a paperback, kindle book and audiobook.

  • I’ve committed to a handful of corporate and conference talks till the end of the year and will be touring Europe for that.

  • Besides that, I continue to work with product leads in various ways:

    • I'm holding Book ClubsTalks, 1:1 and Group Coaching Sessions for several corporate customers.

    • I'm working with seven product leads in a 1:1 setting and will start to work with two new ones soon. Most popular coaching topics at the moment:

      • Product Strategy & Setting Goals (I wrote this piece about the Decision Stack because of that and convinced one of my coachees to share his learnings on how to create a product strategy.)

      • Scaling the product organization & team topologies (That’s what motivated my Agile Coaches Post)

      • Moving towards the Product Operating Model & Product Mindset Transformation (Wrote a few posts on transformation recently because of that.)

  • I continue to share my learnings, overall observations on the product world and sometimes even little frameworks with the product world via my blog and my newsletter.

  • I’ve just placed my second angel investment. I’m now an angel to Nobodystudios and airfocus.

  • I’m currently talking to a not-yet-launched investment fund to see if it makes sense to join them for product due diligence support.

  • I’m trying to stay up to date with the latest product management and technology trends and therefore playing with AI tools and contributing to several discussions about how this will impact our work and world.

  • Reading. I do have several books on rotation right now. I will share one of them in my next newsletter episode. If you are interested in my product reading list, please check it out here.

  • Spending time with the family and ensuring my calendar leaves room for personal learning and sports (still practicing my wing-foiling skills).

MY NOT-TO-DO LIST:

  • Coaching for IC-level PMs.

  • Coaching for aspiring Product Coaches. If that's you, here's a blog post where I share some insights.

  • I'm not offering training in any form.

  • Non-client meetings: If you don't belong one of the groups mentioned above and want to pick my brain, that's perfectly fine. But you are one of many people asking for this one particular thing. So I can't usually answer these requests unless you book a coaching call. Which is possible :-) Just get in touch, and let's see if we can find a slot in my calendar.

THE IDEA

What's this /now-page thing? It's a movement started by Derek Sivers, and I just liked the idea. He put it best: "It's a nice reminder for myself, when I'm feeling unfocused. A public declaration of priorities. (If I'm doing something that's not on my list, is it something I want to add, or something I want to stop?) It helps me say no, too."
