Thank you for your interest in working with me. I'm pleased to announce that the next available slots for 1:1 Coaching will open up September 2025. Please note that Corporate Coaching and Community of Practice Workshops are currently sold out. However, there are opportunities to engage with me through Corporate Talks, or Book Clubs. If any of these options align with your needs, I would be delighted to explore the possibilities with you.

Things I'm currently doing:

  • Product at Heart: Product at Heart continues to be a big part of my life, and we’re gearing up for another exciting year. I’m deeply involved in shaping both our Barcelona (April 10–11) and Hamburg (June 25–27) events. Here’s what makes each event special:

    • 🌞 Barcelona: We’re creating an immersive two-day experience that combines a cozy leadership dinner, interactive workshops, and rich learning sessions with international voices. Barcelona’s focus is on bold innovation and fostering connections across borders.

    • Hamburg: A true celebration of the product community, with leadership sessions, engaging workshops, and our flagship conference. Hamburg is all about actionable insights, inspiration, and collaboration in an intimate and welcoming setting.

I’m involved in curating the themes, working closely with speakers, and refining every detail to ensure attendees leave inspired, energized, and ready to tackle their biggest challenges. Check out our website if you'd like to join!

  • More Learning Resources for Product Leaders: After years of working with product leaders, I’m thrilled to be finalizing two key resources:

    • The Product Leadership Wheel - A practical tool to help leaders assess their skills and identify growth opportunities across three areas: People, Product, and Ways of Working.

    • A 52-Week Email Course: Weekly insights packed with actionable guidance, self-assessment exercises, and leadership frameworks. Quarterly live Q&A sessions for deeper discussions and personalized advice.

If you’re interested in either, feel free to email me at office@petra-wille.de.

  • Coporate and conference talks: My calendar is packed with several bookings across Europe, including London, Kopenhagen, and Berlin, along with some remote talks. I'm excited to continue sharing my insights on product management.

  • I continue to promote both STRONG Product People (US/InternationalDEUKITESFRJPCA) and STRONG Product Communities, helping more people discover these valuable resources for product leadership and building vibrant Communities of Practice (CoPs). STRONG Product People is a go-to guide for product leadership and people development, while STRONG Product Communities, co-authored with Melissa Suzuno, has become a trusted resource for fostering CoPs. Both books are available on Amazon in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook formats.

  • I’m continuing to partner with organizations like Novo Nordisk to implement Product Operating Model transformations, refine leadership strategies, and build Communities of Practice.

  • I’m running two corporate book clubs where teams dive into STRONG Product People and STRONG Product Communities. Through these sessions, I help them apply the concepts directly within their organizations.

  • Alongside book clubs, I'm coaching four product leads in a 1:1 setting, with two new engagements starting soon. Popular coaching topics include:

    • Scaling Product Organizations & Team Topologies: This topic inspired both my Agile Coaches Post and the article I contributed to on Mind the Product.

    • Product Strategy & Goal Setting

    • Product Operating Models & Mindset Transformation: I’ve been a few posts on transformation recently because of that.

  • I continue to share my learnings, overall observations on the product world and sometimes even little frameworks with all of you via my blog and my newsletter. And I’m planning to start a podcast with Teresa Torres any time soon!

  • Together with my friend Vera, we co-founded NurtrTech, where we are dedicated to pioneering sustainable farming practices that contribute to a healthier planet. Our current focus is on investing in innovative AgriTech startups and funds. We’ve already made our first investments, are conducting due diligence on three additional opportunities, and I’m planning a potential trip to Uganda to see the progress of our current projects—exciting times ahead!

  • I’m continuously learning, exploring AI tools to stay updated on the latest product management and technology trends, and I contribute to discussions about how these will shape our work and world. And I’m planning my trip to the House of Beautiful Business in Tangier as part of my personal growth journey, to explore fresh perspectives that I can bring back to my work and community.

  • I’m also keeping up my reading. I will share one of them in my next newsletter episode. If you are interested in my product reading list, please check it out here.

  • And, as always, I’m balancing work with quality time for my family and personal learning, including practicing my wing-foiling skills. This means I keep practicing to set and enforce boundaries.

MY NOT-TO-DO LIST:

  • Coaching for IC-level PMs.

  • Coaching for aspiring Product Coaches. If that's you, here's a blog post where I share some insights.

  • I'm not offering training in any form.

  • Non-client meetings: If you don't belong one of the groups mentioned above and want to pick my brain, that's perfectly fine. But you are one of many people asking for this one particular thing. So I can't usually answer these requests unless you book a coaching call. Which is possible :-) Just get in touch, and let's see if we can find a slot in my calendar.

THE IDEA

What's this /now-page thing? It's a movement started by Derek Sivers, and I just liked the idea. He put it best: "It's a nice reminder for myself, when I'm feeling unfocused. A public declaration of priorities. (If I'm doing something that's not on my list, is it something I want to add, or something I want to stop?) It helps me say no, too."
