Current Availability:

Thank you for your interest in working with me. Here's what I'm currently available for:

1:1 coaching
The next available slots for individual coaching will open in May 2026. If you're interested, feel free to reach out so we can explore fit and timing.

Corporate coaching
New corporate coaching engagements starting May onward are possible—whether you're a small group of product leaders looking for focused support or a larger product organization aiming to scale coaching across teams.

Product Leadership Wheel rollouts
I'm currently supporting one organization in rolling out the Product Leadership Wheel and have capacity to take on one or two additional clients. If this has been on your mind, now is a good time to start the conversation.

Talks and book clubs
I'm also available for corporate talks and continue to offer book clubs for leadership groups.

Structured, self-paced support
Even when my 1:1 capacity is limited, you can work with me through my Product Leadership email course, From STRONG to Exceptional—a 52-week journey designed to help product leaders grow with intention.

If you want to explore working together, you can find all options here: Work with me.

Last Update: 25.03.2026

Things I'm currently doing:

  • 1:1 Coaching & Corporate Engagements — I'm currently supporting individual product leaders through 1:1 coaching. On the corporate side, I'm working with a leadership team at ING Bank on their product operating model transformation, and I'm running a team coaching engagement with RQI Partners—a joint venture between the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical focused on improving resuscitation quality and CPR training for healthcare professionals. I've also been busy confirming a whole range of speaking engagements for the rest of the year - internal product conferences, community of practice events, meetups, and public conferences. One recent highlight: I ran an Ask Me Anything session on leading with influence for 150+ product and engineering folks at Cargill.

  • From STRONG to Exceptional (Email Course) — From STRONG to Exceptional (Email Course) — The majority of my writing time lately has been dedicated to the leadership course. It launched in September, and I'm continuing to develop new material. We've also started running regular Live Q&A sessions for participants - connecting with them in real time has been one of the most rewarding parts of the course so far.

  • Product at Heart 2026 — Arne and I are deep into preparations for our events: the Leadership Event (April 20-21, 2026) and the Conference (June 25-26, 2026). The Leadership Event is getting way more love this year - it's a full one-and-a-half-day event instead of the half-day format we've had in previous years. For the Conference, beyond four amazing keynotes, we've landed on two session themes: “what changes (in times of AI), and “what remains the same (in our product management craft)”. The program is juicy. Make sure you get your tickets - and by the way, we still have workshop tickets for a few amazing workshops on Thursday before the conference.

  • Speaking & Events — Earlier this year, I attended the MENA Product Summit in Cairo, where I ran my first-ever live PLwheel workshop and gave a spontaneous talk on managing up. Looking ahead, I'll be attending the World Beautiful Business Forum in Athens in May, speaking at PT Cologne in June on "How to Prepare Myself to Become a Product Leader - Skills You Can Practice Today to Become a Leader Tomorrow," at WaysConf in Krakow in September - a 1,500+ attendee conference bringing together product, design, and research professionals - and at the Inspire Africa Conference in Lagos in October. I'm also looking forward to joining the /POWorld Barcamp in Osnabrück in November.

  • Product Leadership Wheel (PLwheel) — I'm using the PLwheel with 100% of my 1:1 coachees, and they all find it very helpful. In April, I'll be running another PLwheel workshop at the Product at Heart Leadership Event. I'm also exploring making the PLwheel available to other product leadership coaches so they can use it with their own clients. Early days - stay tuned.

  • Books — I continue to promote both STRONG Product People and STRONG Product Communities across multiple languages and formats.

  • Podcast — I'm co-hosting All Things Product with Teresa Torres, and we've now released over 50 episodes. The podcast also has its own home on my website now. We'll continue to record - there's no shortage of things to talk about in the product world.

  • AI Exploration — My Claude Code setup has become pretty sophisticated. I've started using it with my executive assistant across multiple machines, which was a great learning experience. I've also refined my image creation setup. Beyond the tooling, I'm having a plethora of conversations with fellow product coaches, product leadership coaches, and product leaders about how the role of product management is changing and what the future holds. I'm starting to see some solid patterns and am preparing a content piece on that topic.

  • NurtrTech — As co-founder of NurtrTech, I'm focused on angel investing in AgriTech and sustainable food system startups. We're currently in due diligence with some promising startups—exciting times ahead.

  • Personal — My main priority is spending quality time with my daughter, including as much time close to the ocean as possible. She started exploring wing foiling with me last autumn, and that's become a mother-daughter adventure we'll keep going. For myself, I want to spend more time in and on the ocean too - whether that's kite surfing (I was in Egypt in February) or enjoying the spring, summer, and autumn season here at home on the Baltic Sea. Staying healthy is a core priority as well - I'm continuing my gym and weightlifting journey.

MY NOT-TO-DO LIST:

  • Coaching for IC-level PMs.

  • Coaching for aspiring Product Coaches. If that's you, here's a blog post where I share some insights.

  • I'm not offering training in any form.

  • Non-client meetings: If you don't belong one of the groups mentioned above and want to pick my brain, that's perfectly fine. But you are one of many people asking for this one particular thing. So I can't usually answer these requests unless you book a coaching call. Which is possible :-) Just get in touch, and let's see if we can find a slot in my calendar.

THE IDEA

What's this /now-page thing? It's a movement started by Derek Sivers, and I just liked the idea. He put it best: "It's a nice reminder for myself, when I'm feeling unfocused. A public declaration of priorities. (If I'm doing something that's not on my list, is it something I want to add, or something I want to stop?) It helps me say no, too."
